Shipping Policy
We provide same-day delivery service in Metro Manila and parts of Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. Orders received from 8 AM - 4PM will be shipped within the day. 

Orders received after cut-off will be processed the next day. holds the right to reschedule delivery of items upon which the client will be advised via email or mobile. We are working to bring® same-day delivery to more locations. Please stay tuned for updates.

No show fee
In cases where nobody is around to receive your order, our rider will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes from arrival at the designated delivery address. Our customer experience team will attempt to contact you during the said timeframes and if we are not able to get in touch with you or your representative, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge a “No Show Fee” in the amount of Php250.00 and the cost of the round trip delivery service.



Returns and Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for defective goods only. This means you have 7 days after receiving the defective item to request a return or exchange. 

Please note that "Change of Mind" does not entitle the customer for an exchange or refund under RA 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and untampered, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send an account credit to be used for your future purchase with us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such chilled dairy, cake toppers. etc.), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
