BC Delivery is a baking & culinary supplies delivery service accessible online via www.bcdelivery.com.ph. It allows you to order baking and culinary supplies and have them conveniently delivered to your home, office, or any address.

What areas do you cover?
We service Metro Manila with orders received from 8 AM to 4 PM for dispatch on the same day. Orders received after cut-off will be shipped out at 10 AM the next day.
BCDelivery.com.ph holds the right to reschedule delivery of items upon which the client will be advised via email or mobile.

What if I have issues with my credit card payment?

What if I am outside the on-demand delivery area but I want my order in less than 1-2 days?
At the moment, we are servicing Metro Manila clients only. We are working to bring BCDelivery.com.ph® same-day delivery to more locations. Please stay tuned for updates.
How fast do you deliver?
If you wish to receive the items on the same day, kindly 1) Submit your orders before 4 PM, and 2) Select "Ship" at the Delivery Method section upon checkout.
We strive to be at your location from 6 PM onwards barring any unforeseen difficulties such as a heavy downpour, accidents, calamities, or other extreme situations involving our riders and partner 3rd party logistics companies.
Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you should receive corresponding rider contact details and tracking number which you can enter on the courier’s website to check on the status of your package.
In the meantime, we will only be catering to clients in Metro Manila as we fine-tune and make our services more effective and efficient.

Our response times for inquiries are from 8 AM to 5 PM on Mondays to Fridays, and 8 AM-430PM on Sundays
So what happens if I order outside your operating hours?
You are always free to place an order even outside our operating hours. We will start processing it immediately the next business day.
How do I get FREE delivery?
Place an order worth P3,500 and above for Metro Manila standard shipping/delivery.
Is there a minimum amount for my order?
The minimum order for Metro Manila is Php499 before shipping fees.
Is there a cheaper way to avail of the same-day express delivery service?
The same-day express delivery option is a Premium Service. The system-generated price fully disclosed at checkout includes software system costs, software integration costs with 3rd party logistics, surge fares at the time of booking, surcharges, and other applicable fees if there are any.
Should customers want to book their preferred courier on their own to save on cost, the "PICK-UP" option is available upon check out.
What does "lowest price online" mean?
We closely monitor the online pricing of other similar websites on an ongoing basis. While we exert our best effort to maintain the lowest online prices for specific products with the badge, we cannot guarantee that it will be updated in real-time. Due to the nature of online pricing that can change at any moment, we promise that it is the lowest price online at the time of our last monitoring. What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept PayMaya, GCash, COD, DragonPay, MasterCard, Visa, and Pay in-store.
What if I encounter a payment or ordering issue on your website? Why is this so?
If you receive a confirmation email, then we received your order and will process it accordingly. If you did not receive a confirmation email, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status of your order.
What is the no show fee?
In cases where nobody is around to receive your order, our rider will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes from arrival at the designated delivery address. Our customer experience team will attempt to contact you during the said timeframes and if we are not able to get in touch with you or your representative, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge a “No Show Fee” in the amount of Php250.00 and the cost of the roundtrip delivery service.
What if I want to have my order re-delivered?
You may opt to have your order reprocessed for a fee amounting to Php250.00 plus the cost of delivery.
Do you deliver to pick-up points?
We only deliver to fixed addresses. We do not meet up at pickup points. If we determine that your address is a pickup point, bcdelivery.com.ph has the right to cancel the order.
Do you give bulk discounts?
We give discounts for minimum orders of Php100,000.00. Our prices are already cheaper than most of our competitors and generally at par with big-box grocery stores. Contact email@example.com for more information.
I am looking for a specific item that you don’t have on the website. Who can I contact?
We’re in the process of growing our items online. Should want to get items not on our online catalog, kindly send us a wishlist at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll include it in the programmed product list for display.
What happens if I want to return an item?
All sales on bcdelivery.com.ph are final. You must inspect the items upon receiving them from our rider and once received in good condition, the sale is considered final.
All items that left our store are in perfect condition, damage in-transit is buyer’s risk.
Is there a rider weight limit?
Motorcycle rider limit is 15kgs actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. Packages heavier than 15kgs may require a larger delivery vehicle and a higher delivery fee. Not to worry, our team will contact you should there be changes in the logistics and delivery costs so you can pre-approve the charge.
